Boilerplate

Gully Chain is an Arbitrum Orbit L3 built by Gully Labs. It gives people a passkey account with no seed phrase and sponsored gas for their first transactions, and gives builders a full EVM chain with smart accounts, a bundler and paymaster, a two-lane bridge and a public contract registry. The Gully Chain testnet (chain ID 485590) is live at gullychain.xyz.

Testnet tokens have no real-world value. Gully Chain has no token and promises no airdrop.
